A lot of questions are answered in the docs. The developer documentation covers the API, authentication, quotas, and batches, and the MCP page explains how to wire Tinify.dev into AI agents and editors. Current Mac downloads and compatibility are listed on the downloads page.
Mac diagnostics
For a Mac issue, include the Tinify app and build version, macOS version, processor architecture, what you expected, and what happened. Settings can export a support JSON file that you can review before sharing. Never send a full API key, account or device token, private key, raw Keychain data, or file-access bookmark. Do not send images, filenames, or paths you consider sensitive.
